A design proof will be provided for review before production begins. Customers must approve their mock-up before any custom item enters production.

Please review all names, photos, colors, spelling, and design details carefully. Once approval has been received, production will begin and additional changes may not be possible.

Failure to respond to mock-up approval requests may result in delays to your order.

Production & Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for design creation and mock-up approval.

Production begins after design approval and typically requires an additional 5–10 business days.

Rush services may be available for an additional fee $25.00

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Please upload a clear, high-quality photo. Bright, well-lit images work best. Blurry, dark, cropped, or low-resolution photos may affect the final design quality.

Our design team will professionally incorporate your image into the Success Is A Lifestyle design theme while maintaining the luxury aesthetic and overall artwork style.

Please note: The Success Is A Lifestyle design theme and wording will remain unchanged. Customizations are limited to photos, names, colors, and personalization details that complement the selected design theme.

Design Proof, Revisions & Production Approval

A design proof will be provided for your review and approval before production begins. Production will not begin until your final design proof has been approved.

Every custom order includes one complimentary minor design revision after you receive your initial design proof.

To help keep your order on schedule, please submit all requested changes together whenever possible. Multiple emails or messages containing separate revision requests may be treated as additional revisions.

Your complimentary revision and any paid revisions must maintain the original design concept and selected product theme. Minor adjustments such as spelling corrections, personalization details, color changes, or the sizing and placement of design elements are welcome.

Requests to redesign the artwork, change to a different collection or design theme, or create an entirely new design after your initial proof has been created are not considered revisions and will require the purchase of a new custom design starting at $35.00.

Additional revisions beyond the one complimentary revision are available for a $15.00 Design Revision Fee per revision.

We encourage you to carefully review your design proof to verify all names, initials, dates, spelling, colors, personalization details, design placement, and layout before submitting your final approval.

Once your final design proof has been approved, production will begin immediately. No further changes or revisions can be made after final approval.

Because each item is custom made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom or personalized products.
