Design Proof & Revision Policy

A design proof will be provided for your review and approval before production begins.

One complimentary design revision is included with every custom order after you receive your initial design proof. To help keep your order on schedule, please submit all requested changes together whenever possible. Multiple emails or messages containing separate revision requests may be treated as additional revisions. Additional revisions beyond the one complimentary revision are available for a $15.00 Design Revision Fee per revision.

Your complimentary revision and any paid revisions must maintain the original design concept and selected product theme. Requests to redesign the artwork, change to a different collection or design theme, or create an entirely new design after your initial proof has been created are not considered revisions and will require an additional custom design fee starting at $35.00.

Submitted photos may not be changed after the initial design proof has been created. Requests to replace photographs after proof creation may be considered a major redesign and are subject to additional design fees.

Final Approval & Custom Product Policy

We encourage you to carefully review your design proof, including all names, spelling, dates, photographs, colors and design details, before providing final approval.

Once your final design proof has been approved, production will begin immediately. No further changes, revisions or personalization requests may be made after final approval. Production will be completed using the approved design proof.

Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds on custom or personalized products.
