A design proof will be provided for your review and approval before production begins.

Important Approval & Production Policy

Production will not begin until your design proof has been approved.
Failure to respond with approval in a timely manner may delay production and the estimated delivery timeline.
Once design approval has been received, no additional changes, revisions, or personalization requests may be made. Any requested changes after approval may require a new design fee and may affect the production schedule.
By approving your design proof, you acknowledge that all spelling, personalization details, colors, design placement, and layout have been carefully reviewed and approved by you.
Please review your proof thoroughly before providing final approval, as RJ's Creative Style, LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Custom Order Policy

Because each personalized item is custom-made specifically for you, all custom and personalized sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom merchandise after final design approval.

By approving your design proof, you accept responsibility for verifying all names, initials, dates, spelling, colors, design placement, sizing, and other personalization details before production begins.

If the finished product is produced exactly as shown in the approved design proof, it is not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or replacement.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive a product that does not match your approved design proof, please contact RJ's Creative Style, LLC within 3 business days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
